monday CRM is the sales product built on monday.com's work-management boards, so deals, contacts and follow-up tasks live in the same kind of board your team may already use for projects. Its per-seat prices look low, but two rules shape the real bill: you buy seats in bundles starting at three, and the cheapest plan has tight limits.

monday prices by billing country, so we opened its pricing page from a US connection. The prices below are its US dollar list prices at the time of our last update; taxes are extra.

monday CRM pricing at a glance

Plan Billed yearly Billed monthly Contacts and deals Who it suits
Basic $12 per seat a month $18 per seat a month 1,000 Small teams moving off a spreadsheet
Standard $17 per seat a month $25 per seat a month 10,000 Teams that need automations and a shared inbox
Pro $28 per seat a month $41 per seat a month 100,000 Growing teams that send mass emails and sequences
Ultimate Custom Custom Unlimited Larger organizations with security and compliance needs

The pricing page's billing toggle says yearly saves 33%, which matches $12 against $18 on Basic. The per-seat price is the same whether you pick 3 seats or 10.

The three-seat minimum

monday's FAQ says plans start from 3 users, and the pricing page sells seats in bundles: 3, 5, 10, 15 and so on. A solo owner or a two-person team still pays for three seats. For more than 40 users, monday's FAQ asks you to request a quote.

Cheapest possible bill: Basic for 3 seats billed yearly is 3 × $12 × 12 = $432 a year. The same three seats on monthly billing cost $648 a year.

Basic: cheap, with tight limits

Basic is $12 per seat a month billed yearly ($18 monthly). Its limits, from the pricing page:

  • 1 workspace and 1 custom dashboard.
  • 1,000 active contacts and deals.
  • 5 columns per board at most.
  • 20 quotes and invoices a month.

Five columns is the limit to check first: a board for deals usually needs a stage, value, owner, close date and contact before you add anything of your own. Basic suits a very small team that wants a visual pipeline, not a full CRM.

Standard: automations and a shared inbox

Standard is $17 per seat a month billed yearly ($25 monthly). It raises the limits to 3 workspaces, 5 dashboards, 10,000 contacts and deals, 15 columns per board and 50 quotes and invoices a month, and adds:

  • 250 custom automations a month.
  • A centralized communications hub.
  • monday's iOS and Android apps, which the pricing page lists as a Standard addition.
  • monday's Standard AI tools, including AI meeting notes.

For most small sales teams, Standard is the first plan that works as a CRM. Three seats billed yearly cost $612 for the first year.

Pro: mass email and sequences

Pro is $28 per seat a month billed yearly ($41 monthly). It allows 15 workspaces, 50 dashboards, 100,000 contacts and deals, 75 columns per board, 250 quotes and invoices and 25,000 automations a month, and adds mass emails and email sequences.

Ultimate, which monday says is the new name for its Enterprise tier, has custom pricing. It removes the limits on workspaces, contacts and columns and adds 25,000 API calls a day, advanced permissions, HIPAA compliance, tailored onboarding and prioritized 24/7 support.

Trial and discounts

There is no free monday CRM plan, but every plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card. monday says nonprofits may qualify for free access or a discount after applying. monday's FAQ says monthly plans are not discounted, which is why the yearly price is so much lower.

How monday CRM compares on price

CRM Entry price per user a month Minimum
monday CRM Basic $12 billed yearly 3 seats
Pipedrive Lite $14 billed annually None stated; priced per seat
Zoho CRM Standard $14 billed annually Free plan for up to 3 users

For a team of three, monday Basic ($432 a year) is cheaper than Pipedrive Lite ($504), but Basic's 1,000-record and 5-column limits are much tighter. Pipedrive Lite is priced per seat, with no minimum stated on its pricing page; see our Pipedrive pricing guide. Zoho CRM is free for up to three users; see Zoho CRM pricing. More options are in our Salesforce alternatives guide.

Is monday CRM worth it for a small business?

It is a good fit if your team already runs projects in monday.com and wants deals in the same place. Skip Basic unless your pipeline is very simple, and trial Standard instead. If you are one or two people, the three-seat minimum means you pay for a seat nobody uses, and a per-seat CRM like Pipedrive or Zoho's free plan will cost less.
