Zoho CRM's paid editions start at $14 per user per month billed annually, and it is priced simply: a free edition for up to three users, then four paid editions charged per user per month. Paying for the year up front cuts the price noticeably.
The prices below are Zoho's US dollar list prices, taken from the data behind its pricing page at the time of our last update. Zoho shows local prices in other countries, so they may look different if you browse from outside the US.

What each edition adds
Zoho's pricing page lists these highlights for each edition:
- Free: contact management, workflow automation, up to 10 custom email templates, data export up to 10 times, standard reports and 5,000 API calls a day.
- Standard: workflows and assignment rules, cadences, reports and dashboards, sales forecasting, custom modules, multiple pipelines and data enrichment.
- Professional: CPQ (quotes), process automation, inventory management, the Google Ads integration, predictive intelligence and unlimited reports.
- Enterprise: an AI sales assistant, territory management, custom functions, a developer sandbox and field-level encryption.
- Ultimate: "enhanced feature limits", consulting, migration assistance and custom AI/ML.
For most small businesses the real choice is between Standard and Professional. Standard covers pipelines, forecasting and reporting. Professional is worth it once you send quotes from the CRM, track inventory or run ads through Google and want the leads tied back to deals.
What a small team actually pays
| Team | Standard, annual | Professional, annual | Professional, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 users | $504 a year | $828 a year | $1,260 a year |
| 5 users | $840 a year | $1,380 a year | $2,100 a year |
| 10 users | $1,680 a year | $2,760 a year | $4,200 a year |
Annual figures are the per-user price × 12 × users; monthly figures assume 12 months at the monthly rate.
The free edition covers up to three users; beyond that you need a paid edition, which is priced per user.
Zoho's other CRM options
Zoho sells two related products that change the math:
- Bigin is a lighter pipeline CRM for very small teams. Zoho lists a $0 Bigin plan, and its entry paid plan costs $7 per user per month billed annually or $9 billed monthly. If you only need a sales pipeline and email, it is half the price of Zoho CRM Standard.
- Zoho CRM Plus bundles the CRM with Zoho's marketing, help desk and analytics apps. It now comes in two editions: Starter, which Zoho headlines at from $20 per user per month, and Enterprise at $57 per user per month billed annually or $69 billed monthly.
Zoho CRM vs HubSpot on price
For a five-person team paying annually, Zoho CRM Standard costs $840 a year. HubSpot's Starter tier lists at $20 per seat per month, so $1,200 a year for five seats at the list price, though HubSpot offers new customers special pricing from $7 per seat per month, which would bring five seats to $420 a year while the offer lasts. At the Professional level the gap widens: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional starts at $90 per seat per month plus a $1,500 onboarding fee. See our HubSpot CRM pricing breakdown for the details.
Should you choose Zoho CRM?
Pick Zoho CRM if price per user matters and you are comfortable setting things up yourself: it gives you forecasting, multiple pipelines and automation at $14 a user. Start on the free edition with three users, move to Standard when you add a fourth, and pay annually once you are sure you will stay.
