Pipedrive is a CRM built around the sales pipeline: deals move across stages, and the software nags you about the next call or email. It has no free plan, but its entry price is low and the plans step up in a predictable way, per seat.

Pipedrive prices by country, so we opened its pricing page from a US connection. The prices below are its US dollar list prices at the time of our last update; taxes are extra.

Pipedrive pricing at a glance

Plan Billed annually Billed monthly One annual payment per seat Who it suits
Lite $14 per seat a month $24 per seat a month $168 Solo sellers and small teams that need a clean pipeline
Growth $39 per seat a month $49 per seat a month $468 Teams that want email sync and automated follow-ups
Premium $59 per seat a month $79 per seat a month $708 Teams that generate and route their own leads
Ultimate $79 per seat a month $99 per seat a month $948 Larger teams that need security controls and longer phone-support hours

Pipedrive says annual billing saves up to 42%. That is the Lite plan: $14 against $24, the biggest gap of the four. On the other plans the discount is $10 to $20 a seat.

Lite: the pipeline and the basics

Lite is $14 per seat a month billed annually, or $24 billed monthly. It includes:

  • Lead, calendar and pipeline management in one place.
  • AI-powered report creation from a text prompt.
  • Data import from a spreadsheet or another CRM, and 500+ integrations, including Zapier and Zoom.
  • Pipedrive Nova, its meeting intelligence tool: a brief before each meeting, a call transcript and suggested CRM updates afterward.

What Lite does not include is the email side of selling. Full email sync and automated sequences start on Growth.

Growth: email sync and automations

Growth is $39 per seat a month billed annually ($49 monthly). On top of Lite it adds:

  • Full sync with Gmail, Outlook or your company email, with bulk sending and open and click tracking.
  • Automations and nurturing sequences.
  • Subscriptions and forecast reports.
  • A meeting scheduler and a contacts timeline.

For most small sales teams this is the plan that replaces a spreadsheet plus an inbox. Example: three reps on Growth billed annually cost 3 × $468 = $1,404 for the first year; billed monthly, 3 × $49 × 12 = $1,764.

Premium and Ultimate

Premium, at $59 billed annually ($79 monthly), adds lead generation and routing, custom lead scoring and company data enrichment, AI multi-email tools, contracts and e-signatures, and more customization for teams, reports and data fields.

Ultimate, at $79 billed annually ($99 monthly), adds account security rules and alerts, phone and email data enrichment, a sandbox test account, extended phone support and partner discounts (Pipedrive lists 20% off PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% off Surfe).

Pipedrive sells several tools separately, on any plan. Lead capture (LeadBooster) and e-signatures are also included from Premium up. Its pricing page lists them with "starting from" prices:

Add-on What it does Starting price

Projects Project tracking after the sale From $16
LeadBooster Lead capture tools From $32.50
Smart Docs Proposals and documents From $32.50

Pipedrive does not show on the plans page what each starting price covers, so check the add-on page before you count it in your budget.

Trial and billing

Every plan comes with a free 14-day trial with no credit card required, and you can invite as many teammates as you like during the trial. Monthly billing charges you on the same day each month; annual billing takes one payment for the year. Pipedrive accepts major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

How Pipedrive compares on price

CRM Entry price per user a month Free plan
monday CRM Basic $12 billed yearly, minimum 3 seats No; 14-day trial
Pipedrive Lite $14 billed annually No; 14-day trial
Zoho CRM Standard $14 billed annually Free for up to 3 users
HubSpot Starter $20 list price (promo from $7 for new customers) Free for up to 2 users

Pipedrive's entry price is close to Zoho CRM's, but Zoho adds a free plan; see our Zoho CRM pricing guide. If you would rather start free, HubSpot's free CRM covers two users. And if your sales team also needs project boards, compare monday CRM's pricing, or see more options in our Salesforce alternatives guide.

Is Pipedrive worth it for a small business?

Take the 14-day trial on Growth, because that is where email sync and automations begin, then decide whether Lite is enough. If your team sends follow-ups from Gmail or Outlook every day, Growth at $39 a seat billed annually is usually worth the extra $25 over Lite. Pay annually only once you are sure; the monthly price costs $10 more a seat a month on Growth.
