Constant Contact's headline prices are the cost for a list of up to 500 contacts. Your real price depends on how many contacts you store, and it rises in steps as your list grows. Below are the plans, the full price table by contact count and the extra charges, from Constant Contact's pricing page at the time of our last update.

Monthly billing costs more, since the annual prices carry the 15% prepay discount.
Note the first jump: going from 500 to 501 contacts more than doubles the Lite price, from $10.20 to $25.50. If you are close to 500, clean out old and bounced contacts before you renew.
What each plan adds
- Lite: the drag-and-drop email editor with an AI copy generator and templates, social posting, basic reporting, one automation template, signup forms and one custom segment.
- Standard: email scheduling and subject line testing, scheduled social posts, reporting on who opens and clicks, three automation templates with an AI campaign builder and automatic resend to non-openers, 10 custom segments and a social ads manager.
- Premium: dynamic content, unlimited and custom automations including ecommerce templates and welcome emails, unlimited segments, Facebook lookalike targeting, Google ad management, SEO recommendations and a dedicated priority support team.
Lite and Standard include live one-to-one onboarding with an expert, and Premium gets priority onboarding from a dedicated team. All plans include live phone and chat support, event tools, and around 300 integrations.
Standard is the plan most small businesses should start on. Lite's single automation and single segment run out quickly, and Premium's extras matter mainly for ecommerce stores and teams running ads.

Is Constant Contact good value?
It is easy to use and its phone support is a genuine advantage for owners who do not want to learn email marketing alone. But at 1,000 contacts, Standard costs $46.75 a month billed annually, and some tools have free plans (Kit's covers up to 10,000 subscribers), so compare prices at your own list size. If price is your main concern, compare our list of Mailchimp alternatives, which includes Constant Contact alongside lower-cost options. If you want email and a sales pipeline in one place, see what HubSpot charges once you outgrow its free plan.
